For all you vegetarians and vegans out there! There are plenty of plant-based sources of protein, and they are super good for you! 🌱 I highly recommend quinoa- that is a staple in my diet and has a vast amount of other benefits (I’ll make a post about this in the near future if you guys are interested in it!)

Vegucated (2010): This documentary was about three people taking on a vegan challenge where they adopt a strict vegan diet for six weeks. These three people learned about the horrors of meat production, the benefits of adopting a plant-based diet, and the difficulties of maintaining the diet. Overall, the movie was entertaining and informative. Watch it and see if these three people decide to stick with the vegan diet or not after their six weeks :) I recommend this film!
